When using either the symbol or simply the words (Ranger II®), a small ® should be used in close proximity (usually immediately after) the marks.
In addition, the following line should be included somewhere within the document in which the symbol or words appear:

Grammatically Correct Usage of Ranger II
Ranger II®, when used in a sentence, should never be used as a noun.
Example: Ranger II® has been manufactured for over five years with excellent field acceptance.
Instead, Ranger II® should be used as an Adjective.
Example: Ranger II® Casing Spacers have been manufactured for over five years with excellent field acceptance.
In other words, always use Ranger II® as a modifier for the words "Casing Spacers". This simple procedure will help protect our trademark for the full duration
allowed by copyright laws.
Please follow these rules:
1. Always use TM after the word Ranger II® and the Ranger II® logo at least once (in a prominant position) in any document, ad, promotional piece or correspondence.
2. Always Capitalize the "R" in Ranger, place a space between "Ranger" and "II" and always capitalize the "II".
3. Always use the line: "Ranger II® is a trademark of Pipeline Seal and Insulator, Inc." within the document that reference is made to Ranger II®.
